UNIFORM SHOPPING FAQ

In keeping with COVID safety protocols and current limited in person shopping regulations,
UNIFORM PURCHASING ONLINE IS RECOMMENDED  this year in order to continue safe practise
for the Uniform Shop Staff during the August Crestwood Uniform Sale. Prices subject to change without notice.

BENEFITS OF ORDERING ONLINE?

• Shop from the comfort of home.
• You will be notified with a PICK UP TAG # when your packed order is ready for inspection and pickup.
• When picking up your online order feel free to bring your child with you at that time.
• During pickup of your online order we check your ordered items with you to be sure all is sized correctly for your child. 
• We will do our best to fulfill your entire order at the time of purchase, however, due to shipping challenges, an item maybe delayed.
• We will notify you of a back order and when it is ready for pick up.

Covid Safety Practises

Safety protocols (mask wearing, hand washing) will be observed by our staff while picking and packing your online order.  
Please consider wearing a mask when picking up or shopping in person. The health of our staff is critical to us at this time!

PLEASE NOTE:

• NO phone or email orders will be accepted due to limited staffing during this period. 
• Uniform shop will be open Sept 6th 2022, 1st day of school (orientation day). 930am - 230pm
• No last minute in person uniform purchases on first day back to school

Please plan your ordering accordingly. We appreciate your attention and ordering on time during these circumstances.

Due to volume of orders September, October, expect long lineups on Monday at the Uniform Shop.  
Avoid this by ordering what you need online during August. 

How do I determine my child’s uniform size?

• Measurements for each article of clothing is posted next to the uniform picture online.
• Please measure your child accurately and compare with the uniform clothing measurements online.
• Please use a tape measure for this task.
• DO NOT GUESS your child’s measurements. Guessing = wrong size selection.
• Due to these extraordinary circumstances, exchanges will take extra time.
  Please be accurate regarding your purchase selections.

ONLINE ORDER DETAILS

When checking out online, please note your child’s name and grade when adding your personal information.
This is important as we review your online order with your child’s grade to be sure you have not made an error
ie. selecting men’s pant vs a Junior Pant size by mistake.
We do not know your child’s size by grade.
Please note: online orders are ready for pick up when you receive a TAG# . We do not ship to your address. 

WHEN IS MY ORDER READY? 

• Be sure you have input accurate contact information when placing your order along with your child’s full name and grade.
• International Parents: please be sure to provide a Canadian contact number or email address so we can notify you or care givers
  to pickup your uniform order in time for school. 
• You will be notified by text, phone or email as soon as your order has been picked and packed.
• You will receive a READY TO PICK-UP TAG #

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER
ONCE I HAVE A PICK UP TAG #?

YOU OR THE PERSON PICKING UP, MUST HAVE THE TAG# TO PRESENT TO STAFF.  
KEEP A SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR TAG# ON YOUR CELL FOR EASY QUICK REFERENCE. 

Once you have a TAG# - and only when you have a TAG# - your order is ready to pick up at

WHERE DO I BUY LOWERSCHOOL UNIFORMS AFTER SCHOOL BEGINS?

• Online orders are sent to the lower school and left at the office for pick up Wednesday & Thursday 
• Shop in person at Crestwood Preparatory College  Monday 2:30PM - 4:30Pm effective Monday September 13th 2021

NOT SURE ABOUT WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?

• PLEASE MEASURE YOUR CHILD AND COMPARE TO THE MEASUREMENT CHARTS PROVIDED FOR EACH ARTICLE OF CLOTHING. 
• Please do not guess sizing while shopping. Due to the circumstances this year, exchanges will take longer.
  We appreciate you taking the time to measure  your child, as this will save you aggravation and delays. 
  If you are not sure, please email davecunningham@sympatico.ca. He will reply as soon as possible, given the volume of requests. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT TO DO 

• Paragon Blu School Uniform garments to be returned must be in the original state when purchased. 
• Paragon Blu School Uniform garments must have tags attached, not worn or altered in any way. Sorry, no exceptions.
• Paragon Blu School Uniforms Returns and or Exchanges accepted within 60 days of purchase

RETURNS

• Please leave the return(s) in a bag clearly marked with your name and child's name at your child's school office
• Upon inspection and authorization your purchase will be promptly refunded in the manner as you paid.

EXCHANGES

• Exchanged can be made at Paragon Blu Crestwood Preparatory School Uniform Shop, Mondays 2:30 - 4:30 pm during the school term.

SHOPPING POINTERS

Before shopping, please take a moment to confirm the size you will need for your child. Please don't guess.
You can find sizes marked clearly on the tags inside your child's Crestwood clothing if you have purchased from us before.
Please follow the measuring pictures as a guidline to determine the size for your child.
Order a little bigger as your child will grow into their clothes.

If you are new to Crestwood, attend the uniform sale in August at Crestwood Preparatory College.
If in doubt please contact us via email and we'll be pleased to assist.

WHEN PURCHASING CLOTHING FOR YOUR CHILD, WE RECOMMEND THE MAGIC NUMBER 3. 
One on, one in the wash, one ready to go.

• Younger children will grow, so don't stock up too heavily. You can always order more in the months ahead.
• Please review the school uniform policy in you Crestwood Information Package .
• Follow garment care suggestions to prolong the life of uniforms.
